the album ,, Ancient winter has finally arrived ,, yesterday June the 29th 2020... immediately i hurried home from the mail box at the end of the lane and carefully opened the packaging,, the cover is beautiful ,, the art work amazing and with great anticipation i hurried downstairs to the stereo to place in on the turn table and listen to it ,, from the very first note i was very impressed with the harmony of the instruments and the way it was mixed to bring out the full essence of the music and yet still take one on a journey to a far more pleasant place to be right now than here with all of us battling the new plague ,, covid-19 ,, your voice and vocals are crisp, whimsical, and strong ,, and very clear , your range of notes and tones are amazing ,, overall i think this a wonderful album and it was worth the wait completely ,, i know a tiny bit about music as i am a 65 year old drummer in a classic rock band ,, we still play the golden oldies but now for fun not for any paying gigs,,, the whole band are pensioners ,,lol , so i can appreciate the time, effort, and agrivation that goes into what you do ,, but when you love music it always comes together in the end ,, ,,, cheers to you LEAH ,, you have a new somewhat worn fan ,, and i will be looking forward to purchasing your other albums now ,, i was very impressed with your music and so i want to listen to your previous albums and add them to my collection as well ,,,, thank you for the perserverance in getting these albums out to the people ,, and i will have to admit this damned disease ( covid-19) did try my patience a time or twp during the wait for your album to arrive but it was certainly worth the wait ,,
Sincerly

This is the definitive album for your Christmas, and it will take you far off the same old bs you were forced to listen to on EVERY festivity. If you also crave celtic, medieval and epic music you definitely need to know Leah. Apart from being an amazing independent artist who has established herself as a great musician and compositor, for each album she releases Leah reinvent herself and explores new possibilities. In Ancient Winter she proposes a festive album which celebrates Christmas and the festive environment of hope worldwide. Its melody is not only relaxing but also rich on details and culture.
What pleased me the most on this album is that you can cherish whenever and with whomever, because it is impossible not to like its purity and sound awesomeness. Made for every type of audience, it is my album of choice already for Christmas – even not being christian myself.
As I have so far only listened to my digital copy of Ancient Winter, I will soon update this review with photos on my bundle as soon as it arrives!
